Failure to read and abide by these terms whilst commissioning BindiBites (Clovers) may result in indefinite blacklisting from commissions depending on severity of the terms broken.

Terms -
1. All payment will be organized through PayPal invoices, upfront payment required. (You do NOT need an account with PayPal to send payment)2. Certain designs may be subject to a complexity fee of $10, this applies to characters with 8+ colors, multiple gradients, detailed or overlapping markings, multiple additional limbs or other features such as wings or horns, and 5+ accessories.
Please be sure to discuss with me first to ensure the fee does or does not apply.3. Changes may be requested during the appropriate stage of progress.
ie. asking for the pose to be adjusted during the sketch phase is OKAY, asking to change major elements of the pose after linework has begun is NOT.4. I will not accept unclear, shaded, or otherwise obfuscated references that make understanding the design being drawn difficult.5. I reserve up to 3 months to work on commission work, if a piece is not finished once 3 months (90 days) has passed the buyer may request a full refund if desired.6. I reserve the right to deny or cancel any commission as I may personally deem fit to. In the case of cancellations the buyer will be refunded in full and retains no rights to any progress completed, if applicable.7. Artwork created by BindiBites (Clovers) may not be used in any form of artificial intelligence (AI), including but not limited to feeding artwork into databases and algorithms or using AI to edit the provided artwork.8. Any artwork created by BindiBites (Clovers) may ONLY be used for personal use.9. Artwork may be reposted and used on other platforms only with proper credit back to "BindiBites" when used in any case.Extra note:
Some of my art style may be inconsistent as I'm very often playing around with how I draw and trying to learn new things! Looking at recent artwork on my trello or tumblr can give a decent idea of where my art is currently at!
